General terms and conditions of sale
1. Assortment
Our catalog contains the standard qualities from our stock range. Customized dimensions and special designs are available on request.
2. Mix and match
Most types of article can be mixed and matched. Ask for our detailed offers.
3. Minimum quantities
Please refer to our catalog or the first price scale with quantity.
4. Customized products
We manufacture special formats and other custom-made products to your specifications. Over or under deliveries may occur.
5. Markets
Special orders with partial deliveries and storage orders that have not been called up in full by the agreed due date will be delivered and invoiced within 30 days, subject to prior written notice. The due date may be extended by mutual agreement.
The resulting costs will be added monthly to the account at the rate of CHF 25/pallet +VAT.
6. Prices
Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are in CHF and exclude 7.7% VAT and 2% HVF. Prices are subject to change. Special prices for larger quantities
